Institutional numbers on the Euro holding, range / wedge recognized, this is how to trade it

I'll be brief and to the point on this one. Institutional number of 1.3500 holding / acting like a magnet. Range is between 1.3400 and 1.3600. Wedge forming, and we're at the lows of the wedge. Buy the Euro between 1.3421 and 1.3450, have a stop of no more than 30 pips, I would recommend at the invalidation swing low where the wedge began.
